Mandiri Inhealth-RS Hermina Tasikmalaya Synergy Provides Exclusive Counter for Mandiri Inhealth Insureds

Tasikmalaya, 14 June 2023 - PT Asuransi Jiwa Inhealth Indonesia (Mandiri Inhealth) synergises with Tasikmalaya Hermina Hospital by providing a Counter / counter that serves Mandiri Inhealth Insured. The inauguration ceremony was held in the Lobby of the Hermina Tasikmalaya Hospital Clinic, Wednesday, (14/06).

The inauguration of this counter was carried out by drg Rony PT Handoko as Head of the Bandung Mandiri Inhealth Operations Office together with the Director of Hermina Tasikmalaya Hospital, dr. Rendra Fariadi. This synergy is an effort of both parties to provide optimal service for the Insured Mandiri Inhealth. Mandiri Inhealth's cooperation with Hermina Tasikmalaya Hospital has been established since 1 March 2023.

With this special counter it is hoped that it can provide more service to the Insured, this counter can also function as a source of information, handling Insured complaints, controlling integrated services and minimising waiting time. This counter can be accessed by Mandiri Inhealth Indemnity and Managed Care participants starting from the Silver plan.
